Start Well to FINISH Well!

Who made up the rule that you have to wait until January 1 to begin focusing on your goals and dreams? Was it so that we felt we had permission to go overboard at Thanksgiving and Christmas? Perhaps a fresh start? A change to begin again?

Well I disagree. I don’t think that it has to be all or nothing. I know that we can enjoy the holidays and festivities and achieve our fitness and weight-loss goals at the same time….feel better and look better in the little black (or sequined) dress for New Years. That’s my goals at least. I want to END the year better than I started because frankly this year isn’t over yet and I don’t think it’s ok to just throw in the towel and blow it.
