A year ago Team Beachbody ¬†launched the now #1 home fitness program the 21 Day Fix Created by Autumn Calabrese! Last week I was able to see Autumn and work out with her and another test groupie on stage. It was AWESOME to see so many doing this program and doing the workouts that have helped me and the other test groupies so much! It’s exciting to think about the transformations just waiting to take place!

As a member of the test group that began in October, I’ve had a chance to do three rounds of this program and it gets better and better. It’s never old and it’s always ¬†challenge. I’ve been able to sustain ¬†my results and even improve upon them following the meal plan (it’s super easy) and making time for the 30 minutes of exercise. ANYONE can find 30 minutes!

Following and trusting the process is KEY! It took me a few days but after the first week I saw incredible chances in  my body and I was full, had more energy and my body thrived!



The best part about this program? No one believes that I only work out 30 minutes a day, but it’s no lie ūüôā At home, 30 minutes, and I eat six times a day to fuel my body. The results are undeniable and they only get better the more rounds you do and the more you challenge yourself!

Lets talk nutrition plan!

While the 21 day fix allowed for wine and chocolate the 21 Day fix extreme does¬†not. ¬†It is 100% clean eating for these 21 days. ¬†You do have the option to eat out¬†at restaurants but you still have to follow the nutritional guidelines laid out. ¬†This is the way to approach this program. Go all in, make up your mind that you are going to give this your all for 21 days. Allow yourself to experience this journey and experience the best results possible! You will appreciate the work and you won’t miss the things you give up. You will FEEL stronger and have more energy making these changes! ¬† ¬†You can do anything you put your mind to for 21 days. I packed a lot of foods when we traveled which allowed me peace of mind! I always had an option that helped me stay on track and I was never hungry! I took a six pack bag cooler with me to soccer tournaments and outings!
